Peptide Purchase Acknowledgment and Liability Agreement

This Acknowledgment and Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the purchaser (“Buyer”) and [Company Name] (“Seller”). By placing an order for peptides from Seller, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Compliance with Laws

Seller makes no representation as to the legality of such products in Buyer’s jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of Liability

Seller shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or adverse effects resulting from the handling, use, or misuse of peptides by Buyer or any third party. Buyer expressly waives any claims against Seller arising from such use.

5. No Medical Advice Provided

Seller does not offer medical advice, guidance, or prescriptions. Any information provided by Seller is strictly for informational or educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical or clinical advice.

6. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller, including its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from Buyer’s purchase, possession, or use of peptides.

7. All Sales Final

All peptide sales are final. Seller does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy at the time of purchase.

8. Acknowledgment and Consent

By completing a purchase, Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and have the legal authority to make this purchase. Buyer also affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United States, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in The United States.

By completing this purchase, Buyer affirms full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
